I don't understand. I downloaded the file and I poked around, read the README read the INSTALL, and I still have no idea what to do.

I'm on a time-crunch and I'm frustrated, so I'm just going to export what I need as a wav and then convert it to mp3 thru some website, and hope I don't give my computer AIDS. I really wish this was more streamlined and helpful- downloading the zip file isn't the end of this, and Audacity's built in links aren't helpful at all.

or instead of doing all this, just download the .DLL file (from the same page mind you) and choose the target location to point to it... instead of running two different executable.
