Sainsbury's Nectar Card: How Does The Loyalty Scheme Work?

These loyalty cards are a scam, people are forced to join, they then sell the data for adverts etc. I no longer shop there.

can I freeze my nectar card in case it is lost and someone finds it and does some shopping on it.

Can you make a clubcard version?
