Naruto wanted to become Hokage to be recognized by the people in the village who didn't like him because of Kurama. Now that he's gone Naruto maybe steps down as a hokage? I mean he sure is disillusioned with the paperwork and him losing the power/curse that pushed him to be recognized by everyone?

Does that mean that Naruto had more chakra the Kurama ?? It use both chakra right?

With the Karama seal, the Otsutsuki clan always looked for the next viable candidate to reincarnate themselves in. It seems to me that Code's white Karma is not a failed Karma at all. As Isshiki said, upon eating the chakra fruit, it will upgrade him to an official Otsutsuki. It makes sense that the main family wouldn't tell ANY of the vessels this because they would have an abundance of lower-class humans trying to become an Otsutsuki. The main family has always been about themselves. Still, with Isshiki dyeing and his passion for continuing the Otsutsuki lineage, he felt this was his only option before he passed on.

Perhaps that is how Isshiki, Momoshiki, Kaguya, and other Otsutsuki clan members became Otsutsuki.
