ОтветитьThis is one of the all time great airline image campaigns right up there with American Airlines "Doing What We Do Best" and United Airlines "Friendly Skies." I think Delta should bring it back!
ОтветитьThis is wonderful.
ОтветитьI retired after 28 years at Delta Air Lines (Ramp Operations as well as several other Departments).........I truly miss working there and the friends I had a privilege to work with! I love this video, thanks for posting!!
ОтветитьThe old 737-200, no bypass fans on those engines, it was a rocket ship,i was working a sport charter one night and they had to us the TR'S to back up, it shook the ground
Ответитьmay 16 1994
Ответить"We Love to Fly and it Shows" is a slogan Delta couldn't possibly say today. Because today, Delta would rather kiss Joe Biden's ass and treat their passengers like prisoners. And if Biden ground all aircraft, Delta will comply without hesitation even if it means going out of business.
ОтветитьIn the early 90s, when you landed in Atlanta and taxied to the gate, they played the instrumental of this music. It was a nice melody and that was a nice way to end your trip.
Ответитьwow this is great!
ОтветитьWtffff
ОтветитьThat would be wild if they actually played that song in the cabin every time one of their planes takes off.
ОтветитьThere’s a difference when you’re flying someone who’s really trying someone who shows how much they care someone who makes it look so easy 🎶🎶someone who’s really glad you’re there we love to fly and the feeling grows we love to fly and it shows 🎶🎶we love to fly and the feeling grows we love to fly and it shows
ОтветитьWe love to fly and it shows
ОтветитьLol...my brother had a sticker on his dresser that said "Delta air lion"...do airlines still pass out little things like that anymore?
ОтветитьHello. Cool! I last flown on Delta back in 2008.
ОтветитьAh, yes—the once-official airline of Disney Parks AND most of the game shows of my youth, i.e., Jeopardy!, Fun House, Where in (the World/Time) is Carmen Sandiego?, and Wheel of Fortune.
ОтветитьThat's a proper livery.
ОтветитьEvery one love delta
ОтветитьI took me over a minute to realize they didn't want to fly until the end.
ОтветитьGreat video
ОтветитьDelta Airlines king of deregulated 1978 thru 1993 era route map
ОтветитьBring back this jingle
ОтветитьGreat video and jingle
ОтветитьGreat video.
ОтветитьThis is totally awesome! Great video!
ОтветитьDoes anyone know who sang this jingle?
ОтветитьIt's a 737-200 Adv.
ОтветитьWhich version of the Boeing 737 is in this clip?
Ответитьohhh man....the good old time
ОтветитьYes, that's SJC.
ОтветитьWhat airport is that filmed? Some of the buildings in the background appear similar to architectural styles around Silicon Valley, and the mountains look like those in the region, as well. By any chance, is that San Jose International?
ОтветитьIt was from a tape DL sent to employees when they introduced the jingle.
ОтветитьClassic jet and classic jingle - brings back some childhood memories of the 80s. Where did you manage to dig up the full length jingle?
