ОтветитьThe podcast is very interesting because it provides some advice to improve our memory through drawing, do puzzles and sudokus, drawing allows to create a picture in your mind and do puzzles train our brains which help to improve our understanding.
For example, I like to practice the technique of spaced repetition to learn new vocabulary in English.
Like all these techniques there are many others that permit to learn things easily and for more time.
