ОтветитьDay 1: (10/Jan/2024) I really felt some difficult in some of the exercises, but I was persistent and really liked it. I could feel my areas hurting just a little bit, but I wasn't pushing myself so hard, ao I could do the exercises in the same way Shirlyn did. I sweat a little lmao.
(11/Jan/2024) I still felt some difficulty, but I could do the exercises more accurate than yesterday. Also I sweat a liitle bit more, but it wasn't as difficult as yesterday.
I'll start today !!

ОтветитьHi, I’m 16 and I’m 61kgs. When I workout I get abdominal cramps, is this normal? I do your full body ones and separate abs and legs and arms ones. I’m on my first week. Should I do warm ups? Also I can’t get many healthy foods due to living situations so can I just focus on eating 2k calories a day?
