Google Pixel 3a XL In 2023! (Still Worth It?) (Review)

The only thing I want in a newer phone that my Pixel 3a xl doesn't have it telephoto.

Literally otherwise the perfect phone.

I will never change phones until a good one with the headphone jack comes back.

Just got a used one in like new condition for under $100. Many people can not afford a new Pixel. It is the best phone i have ever owned. Not a budget phone but a budget high end phone. A budget phone is a under $50 new phone like prepaid service uses. Those are light years behind running still android 9 now or lower with barely usable performance. Easy to say a new one is better but it cost 9 times more. For the used price in 2023 it is very hard or impossible to beat. Mine is factory unlocked for any network. Cheap new phones like 90% of Motorola and Samsung are garbage very slow with no storage or features. I looked for years to find this great phone and hope to be using it for at least 5 more years. Clearly this guy is privileged and never struggled to even afford phone service like many people now are in America. This is the phone i use my government paid for sim in since i am unemployed and own no car.

I disagree with the opinion in this review. My Pixel 3a XL is still super fast, has an AMAZING camera, still has a wonderful display, and although I prefer my Galaxy S22 Ultra and my IPhone 14 Pro Max, I still bust this one out at least once a week because it's still an amazing device. Yes, I'm a phone/tech need and I sell phones for a living. Showing customers that the 3a XL is STILL kicking ass, it makes selling the 6a easy-peasey.

Still using a 3a XL. Only upgrading once battery life becomes unusable.

Still have a 3a and it's like new. I LOVE the plastic build!!! It's LIGHT! If it still got updates, I'd still be using it as my daily driver.

Just bought a Pixel 6 for $188. Renewed. Had to upgrade from this peasant Galaxy A01. Can't wait!
