Ответитьokay so i gave myself 5 minute breaks in between each set, and i got through the whole workout (although i did all the alternatives instead of the difficult excercises) and im really proud of myself. im sweating soooo much, but im happy :)

I burnt 158cal, average heart rate was 160, max 176, my weight 54, my height 168.
With some extra breaks it took 22min, but I burnt 190 cal. It's still one of the hardest 20min workouts for me
i took a rest in between because i had a sharp pain on my right chest but after the pain disappeared, i continued the exercise! so my reminder is that it is ok to take a break in between as long as u continue on and don't give up!!

ОтветитьDay 22 of the get fit and moving challenge. are there changes am still fat but I will get there I have lost a couple of inches in my tummy. I am not where I wanna be but I will get there slowly but surely.
