Negativity Is Ruining Your Life

try to ignore my spontaneous cut "bangs" .. at least i have hair and my hair is able to grow out - and that is what today's video is about: focusing on the POSITIVES about a situation.

positivity is a choice, and makes life so much more fun, light, and simply: positive. there are many things that may be true in a situation, but when you learn to control where your focus is - on the positive truths - i truly believe your life will be so much better. negativity is ruining your life, the same way positivity increases your quality of life.
