My x100V will be a Fuji xe4. It cost less and interchangeable lenses is more versatile.
ОтветитьI would agree, but, good luck finding one in 2023, new. If you find one used, consider it and get the Preset Packs. I just purchased a X-T1 and will be shooting strictly JPG with the color film sims already in the camera with my 16mm lens. My X-T2 will be my more serious landscape body. Should I come across the X100V I will not hesitate to jump on it to carry it when I out traveling around town.
ОтветитьIt's a tremendous little camera and I'd love to own one. But... It's just hard to be swayed by it when there's an x-pro3 that can be coupled with a pancake lens...or any other imaginable lens. I love that it exists, but I just think the hype is a bit over the top.
ОтветитьDude! Get your head out of your gaming console! Theres a brave new world waiting for you!
ОтветитьI already have a D5300.
Ответитьpeople. Dont get scamm by this. If you want to be a photographer just buy a camera by the budget and ghe comfort and shoot. Fuji x100v is overprice xd u can do THE SAME with a sony rx100. Its what it is.
Ответитьi blame this video solely for causing x100v hype
Ответить10k bucks for this specific camera seems like a ton.
ОтветитьAh yes for a beginner, definitely get a camera that's really hyped up and out of stock making you pay $2000+ in scalper prices.
ОтветитьDid I watch a review or a documentary…
ОтветитьFuji can fire it's entire marketing team now. Just hire this guy
Ответитьplease stop
ОтветитьMy first camera should be a 1400$ camera? Noted.
ОтветитьDamn dude ... it's only a camera, not a religious experience.
ОтветитьPlease review Nikon Z6 - mark ii
ОтветитьAn old film nikkormat with 50/1.4 would be a good way to start.,😂
ОтветитьQuestion: I thinks this camera ticks the box for me in many ways: Compact, fantastic output without editing, fun to use. However I really like to take videos as well and it is not stabilised. I don't mind taking a small gimbal with me. Do you think that's a dealbreaker and I should look for something else? (recommendations?:)) Is it fine and I will enjoy taking videos with it as well? Thanks a lot!
ОтветитьFrom what I understand, the issue with the leaf shutter at max aperture and shutter speed is the reason why they included a built in ND filter.
ОтветитьHave you jumped on to the Ricoh GR III bandwagon too? Or do you still rate the Fuji X100V? thx
ОтветитьSold my X100V for the Pentax KP. Never been happier.
ОтветитьJust sold my 2 month old X100V for the Leica Q3. I'll get the next X100 variant.
ОтветитьOut of interest, what FujiXWeekly Recipes would you recommend or do you use? Your videos are amazing BTW.
ОтветитьBiggest bullshit ever😂
ОтветитьThanks
ОтветитьNah. Get a Sony a6000 and enjoy better lens selection.
ОтветитьLol'ed a7 iv smokes this all day
ОтветитьSadly more like "if you have tons of money to spare, this should be your first camera" - the prices atm are insane
ОтветитьI just dug out my old X100s and it produces astonishingly beautiful images. The light falloff is truly magical - especially in B&W. I have many of the latest Fuji cameras and most of their prime lenses but nothing matches the unique quality of the X100s. I know it's cliched to say this but it genuinely is like having an endless roll of film. No idea why I ever packed it away but now I'm hunting down the X100v. Fuji sure have created a masterpiece with the X100 series. I'd like to see a compact 50mp MF version with a 45mm lens - the X-MF100.
ОтветитьBuy yourself mint 5dm3 or 6d and be happy. Camera doesn't matter.
Ответитьit was actually the x100s in my case, but not bad
ОтветитьPoor man Leica. But seriously it’s a great camera before jumping on expensive M cameras.
Always a pleasure to watch such a fine quality and hard work video as yours! The atmosphere is simply out of this world
Once again, good video but get rid of that stupid headset or whatever it is…it looks idiotic
ОтветитьI don't have a camera, but I always think that photography is fun.
ОтветитьBruhhh, this camera is way too expensive!
ОтветитьYou convinced me to get one. I have owned one since January. This has been my first actual camera. It has, quite literally, opened my eyes to a new way to see the world. It's been an incredible experience.
Ответитьthis video is just absolutely stunning
however I have to mention that the fuji x100v is an 1800 dollar camera (at least where I live) so i don't think it would be a good choice for a beginner
i understand sentiment but better i think to have full frame camera you can put native 85mm fast lens on for great portraiture with little compromise
ОтветитьWhat a fun channel! And what commitment to make them all have this cyberpunk theme!
ОтветитьI clicked because of the cover that's some art!
ОтветитьThe real question is... which camera do you use for your videos? :)
Ответить....egaaaads! ....not available at a reasoable price...
Ответитьtoo expensive to be my first one
Ответитьis there a good budget versian of this camera?
ОтветитьBeware: So Thorsten Overgaard says always wear a camera and you said it was so easy to carry the x100v around. I believe everything I hear and read so I wore my x100s to the Atlanta Farmers' Market. Figured I would document some vegetables. Upon entering the building, I was immediately descended upon by several men who shouted that I could not take pictures in the market, and they herded me out into the parking lot. One hung around to make sure I did not reenter. Made me feel like I was a stranger in my own hometown.
ОтветитьDON'T BUY X SERIES! Pretty much every review forgets to mention that focus is criminally bad. Inconsistent, unreliable. Also complementary software is unusable. There is so much to love about the x series but focus problems ruin everything. I have an xt 30 and I will get rid of it asap for a nikon Z fc. Fuji is only popular cause of the film simulations but I got my hands on the presets, so fuck fuji and their unreliable cameras.
ОтветитьThanks for inspiring me!
