The info was good, the joking was awful!
ОтветитьIf you're going to use a 1x12 cab, why not just go with a combo?
Ответитьan $800 guitar for the cheapest gigging guitar? i toured with a $200 "Tradition" guitar 🤣
ОтветитьPawn Shop $75 guitar $150 amp and a $75 multi effects...$300 out the door and to most gigs .
ОтветитьI recently bought that exact Epiphone Les Paul Modern as well as a Blackstar HT Venue Stage 60 MkII 2×12... what a fantastic combination!
ОтветитьThe difference between a100 watt amp vs.a 50 watt amp at full volume is only 3dbs. You'd would've been thinking a lot more but it's not. So yes, you can use a 50 watter with no problem. Great video for the kids and beginners. Thanks Ben and Fluff.🎸🎸🎸🎸👍
ОтветитьLike an Andertons vid but better, nice!
Ответитьi remember when boss pedals were 25 bucks
ОтветитьThis video is like watching the office. Every time I watch it, I notice more things I love.
Ответить$500 on a 1x12 cab + the $200 head... $700 for an 'amp'.*25watt.. defeats the purpose of cheap and gig able.
Give me like $648.34 and a bag of doritos and I'm I'm sure I could some up with something competitive.
I immediately stank faced when he started playing on the red channel and then Fluff made the stank face comment 😂
ОтветитьWith a D I you can use a 5 watt amp. But I unfortunately got my stuff when I was younger and now I'm "stuck" with a couple heavy 60/100 watt combos. My Boogie in a road case weights damn near 100 lbs and my Fender pro tube Twin is also near 100 lbs. Too bad I love the sound so won't never switch up amps.
ОтветитьOr you could buy a used axe fx II for $800 and save some money (no need for a speaker live). Moreover, there is not one lunchbox amp that can handle a full rock band rehearsal, at volume. Shows will be ok because of mic setup though. Also, I've owned two of the nicer lunchbox amps and neither of them sounded good through a speaker at higher volumes--most have EL84s which just aren't powerful enough with only 2 in the power section. The Mesa Mark V 35 uses 6l6 tubes I believe, so that might be a different story, but it's over 2 grand. Don't be fooled guys, this isn't going to work practically.
ОтветитьI personally have a PRS MT-15, and at band practice, using the studios 4x12, I couldn't have it past 10 o'clock, with gain on about 2 o'clock, and a boost with gain on zero. So I think the notion that a low wattage amp isn't giggable is very wrong, as this thing can get very, very loud, at least enough for the types of venues you'd be playing when all you can afford is a smaller amp like this.
ОтветитьNow I can't stop pretending that they are giants holding regular sized amps. Thanks Uncle Ben!
ОтветитьOh damnit quit the chatter and play the rig already!
ОтветитьLove me some Sweetwater! Matt Fawcett was my guy back in the day! Take my money!
ОтветитьTotal cost listed on screen 1900 dollars. I use an FM3, which was around 1200 new from Fractals website with tax. A nice powered speaker like a CP12 can be had for 650 ish dollars with tax, or you could go cheap with a Headrush if you think they're good enough. that's 1850, so very similar price and the versatility of the FM3 is incredible and includes gates and reverbs and many other effect options.
ОтветитьWhen they said cheap they meant for them not the average guitar player.
ОтветитьYou guys don't consider a Tele a rock guitar?!
