After applying Adapalene, my acne got worse however, after 3 week later I stop using it. But now some red marks on my skin, just want to know these marks are permanent or temporary.

I'm new to skin care and need some advise. I am using retinol .3% every third night and also incorporating vitamin c and hyaluronic acid in the mornings everyday. Using all this product should I start using an exfoliates? If so what is a good recommendation and when can I use it in my routine?

Something very unusual is I suffer with acne and rosacea. I’m 54. Differin works absolutely amazing for me. And calms my rosacea right down. I also use cetaphil moisturizing cream (the heavier version than the lotion), and slug over that with cerave healing ointment.
