ОтветитьYour Back in that Thumbnail is GOREGOUS. I want and NEED to get a defined back like that but don't have access to Pull up bars is there any Workouts/Exercises i could do with Dumbbells that would target the area the best?

ОтветитьHow do I actually USE my Lats to DO a Pull-Up? I know how to ACTIVATE my lats using the whole Scapula Shrug/depression process; but after doing so, HOW do I USE my Lats to PULL myself UP and above the bar? Do they "automatically" or naturally help raise you up as you pull your ELBOWS down?
