Your Back in that Thumbnail is GOREGOUS. I want and NEED to get a defined back like that but don't have access to Pull up bars is there any Workouts/Exercises i could do with Dumbbells that would target the area the best?

How do I actually USE my Lats to DO a Pull-Up? I know how to ACTIVATE my lats using the whole Scapula Shrug/depression process; but after doing so, HOW do I USE my Lats to PULL myself UP and above the bar? Do they "automatically" or naturally help raise you up as you pull your ELBOWS down?

Showing me a pull up without showing me the feet. Not saying you're not doing the pull up - but I'm going to find another fitness coach who doesn't try to trick the male gaze into watching workout videos. I here to learn, not get titillated.

Better and safer to start with Assisted Chin-up / pull -up Dip Machine.
