You definitely can have sleep issues as a kid. I have Delayed Sleep Phase Disorder, and it normally develops around puberty. I was 9 when it started for me. 🫠

Second story is giving like the creature was government experiment gone wrong? It smelled like chemicals and it was a huge figure. Idk but the story was super interesting and entertaining.

The thing in the second one couldve been a bear, idk, seems possible especially since the soliders were mutilated and mauled

The WW2 one if you think about it. Winter time, shredded up body, very tall thing running away. It almost sounds like a wendigo but it would need more detail...

I was in a similar situation as the 3rd one, i had my newborn son and was staying out on a property alone and someone decided to walk up onto my veranda and knocked. I deadset SHIT MYSELF ALMOST, he yelled out "i know youre alone in there sweetheart" so the only thing i could think to do was hook my phone upto the Bluetooth speaker and searched "shotgun loading sound" and played it, pretending i had a shotgun in there. Man i was terrified because it was a old glass sort of door, if he had of kicked it or something it would of smashed. He still didn't leave so i yelled out back "hear that? I have a shotgun and as soon as you attempt to get in, im going to blow you away", thank fuck he didn't call my bluff and he left. Scary thing is i was 16km out of town, yiu dont just happen to stumble onto the property

Never thought I'd hear a horror story that takes place on the most horrific front of the most horrific conflict

I heard that some people want more military horror stories, so here: my father is a combat veteran who fought in iraq. Dunno what it was but there was a particular training session that you would have to go through a forest in the pitch blackness of the night. When my father did this however, he heard footsteps and breathing, breathing that wasn’t his, breathing that couldn’t belong to a human. He said he had a this terrible sensation running down his spine, mind you this is a man who has seen his mother go through crippling sickness for decades... who had seen his friends lifeless bodies fly by his face at horrifying speeds, who saw his brother leave for war not knowing if he would come back. but that night, he was faced buy something that wasn’t human, and wasn‘t an animal. He walked for around a few miles before seeing another soldier, he went past the soldier without having him notice. Eventually my father realized that the horrific feeling sprinting down his spine was gone, so was the breathing and the footsteps... he never saw that soldier again...
