System Error 5:(Windows Hidden Administrator Account)

While I was online, an intruder activated the hidden admin account n locked it with a password. I can’t even delete it.

i tried to learn how to see password of windows Admin but after a step "net user administrator /random " system error 5 pop up , is your steps solve my issues? or what additional you comment me many thanks !
