jerusalem 22-26 years ago more or less, there was a series of self detenating terrors attack in jerusalem more then anywhere in the country. befor i moved to the US ive been though 7 or 8 of them somehow im still here. by coisidence ive dodged it "mistakes" are made

wen you have psycosis, destructive "tunnel vision" and a deep depression epesode's, while alone, (- to no commit self harm -) the suction of the depression with the mental unstability, it feels like geting sucked into a black whole, pulling yourself out of it sometimes can take days and a will that you just can see or feel. finding the reason for not hurting yourself from hating yourself is almost imposible. geting up in the morning wen all you can think about is death and make a day out of dodging your "problems".
you hate your self cos you cant get or keep wen you do a job, all your "friends" thinks your'e a luser.
people look at you funny coz, sometimes you dont notice or control your self and you make faces that people get eather terrified scared or angry at you, you get into so much troble when you are an ACUAL a self harming self destructing, depressed, self louthing, society peresite name tag (coz you got no family or a home so you live at "friends").
and since you can find a job and live in the streets sometimes you steal witch gives you a dopamin rush and suddenly evrything is a bit better so you look into shit that gets you high.
andrenalin, dopamin, and stuff...not just hate yourself you Fing loath your self, so you cut yourself or you get into fights and do more substance's that minimal loop people dont brake. people luse the fight, evry day
the mix of psycodelics and meta amphetamins and MD with all the mental baggage, you can find yourself not falling asleep for days sometimes weeks, so you google it and you find out now you are nsomniac. fyi after about a week and a half you get schizophrenia, witch i already had lol. its fun in here lol
but
you make a peck with yourself to be better, you not inflect anymore damage that is uncalled for
you make a list of things you think are healthy and good, you build a system. you commit. for only 1 day. 5 min. 1 sec. 1 good decision insted of the bad one. pause thing at atlist 3 thoughts 1 good 1 bad or 1 in betwin.
and you work from there
sometimes you get carried away but its fine
you do martial arts, you do sports (not me i hate sports), you try to eat halthy and you train. you work yourself to the point you get home and you brake down in to deep sweet sleep. hopfully
you try your haedest to find a job
you learn how to cook you find things to do you make runs in the street looking to help out coz you NEED the discretion, sometimes the ward of a random guy telling you, you are a nice guy
you do your best to ACT normal
you take your mads
you deal with the will to die - evryday - untill its a poppet show to you
you find meening
you try to be a hero - becouse you feel like the villen of the story
you take a step by step towards someting that you hope will be the right way
and slowly you make you ways
you cry over the losses but you need to take care of you now, not evryone els. but its stucks to you
you count deeds
you count steps
you count fists
you count cuts
to a point that you cant count no mo
didnt you all notice psytama has no family or friends. . . wierd isent it . . .

psytama has an abillity that he dousent seem to understand that he has. he summons what he wants and needs by giving up first and then fight for the sake of fighting while learning and teaching
