If it looks alien, sounds alien, and is played like you’re an alien…
It’s probably a theremin
10/4 telepathy
ОтветитьThat sound is beautiful. The skill beyond belief.
Ответитьcan that thing play a song or just make a random sound?
ОтветитьThank you for introducing me to an instrument that i have never even heard of. The "50's film sound" & the "spooky sounds" were perfect!! You are amazing with that beautiful instrument instrument, ty very much!! It really sounds like a violin so etimes too.
Wow!! Fantastic!!! 💜💜
Autotune would be a fun effect on this instrument, it would make playing a lot easier
ОтветитьStar Trek (the original) theme.
ОтветитьShe is amazing and there is clearly some good complicity between you two, more collabs would be cool i think
ОтветитьSimilar sound to a violin.
ОтветитьDuring the 90's some bands really made the theremin quite popular in Brazil, now you will never see it anywhere
Ответитьunglaublich Wunderbar
Ответить😊
ОтветитьI've always thought that Theremin is like magic!
ОтветитьI think the interview would have gone better if the guy would just let the lady talk without interrupting.
ОтветитьTermenvox is the same?
ОтветитьWonderful Music instrument
ОтветитьДа,Божественное,космическое звучание отого старинного инструмента!Вот бы добавить к моей гитаре в ,,ПЕСНИ КОПЕЦА".
ОтветитьThat was really fun!
Ответитьwhat if you get too fat
ОтветитьSo...
Theremin: The Soul Instrument
In 1972, I watched Jimmy Page play the Theremin at a Zep concert.
ОтветитьNightmare before Christmas -really cool !!
ОтветитьLol @ “one of the first instruments.” 😂
There is no way early man would invent something so out of the box as one of the earliest instruments. Drums and bongos have whatever this thing is beat by MILES.
What a weird instrument.
ОтветитьHow it was named Theremin?
ОтветитьThere is something of a classic, graceful, homemaker vibe of sexiness that alot of female classical musicians have. Carolina's got it. That kind that you wanna bring home to Momma.
ОтветитьThe fist time l heard a Therimin was in the 1957 movie, "Forbidden Planet".
Then l accidently played one at a Museum as l walked past a light sculpture & then tried different notes. - Fun!
Should listen to the score for Forbidden Planet. They didn't just play a theremin. The husband and wife team built the entire instrument and created an entirely new sound. Took them eight months to create the electronic score for the movie and because they were not "musicians" they could not be nominated for an Oscar.
It had never been done before.
This woman is a fucking genius.
ОтветитьThe Theramin would be perfect for movies, especially sci-fi
Ответитьradiohead Theremin is way cooler
ОтветитьThe Electromagnetic Trombone
Ответитьlove it
ОтветитьLet Jesus Christ into your heart and your heart will not be empty again.655
ОтветитьAs the ONE AND ONLY Spock said "FASCINATING"!!🤯😵💫😵🤔😱
ОтветитьWhat kind of guitar is the green one hanging on the wall? Thank you.
ОтветитьI can see her hairs sticking out, probably from her tuning the signal to be right infront of her as she said she deos a lot.
ОтветитьHey! Its Carolina Eyck! I'm your subscriber!!! What is the video doing here in my recommendation after 4 years ago? xD
ОтветитьWhat's the price for the Theramin instrument?
Ответить🩵
ОтветитьI knew Bob Moog as my client. He was a nice fellow and really liked putting these things together. There was always one on the bench. RIP Bob. His company, "Big Briar" is still in operation so far as I know. They also made effects pedals (MoogerFuger?). They operate in Asheville, NC, USA.
ОтветитьShe is special on that instrument.
Ответитьsimply amazing
Ответитьit was used to create the original star trek theme music.
ОтветитьEverything is sound. She is awesome. I want one.
ОтветитьSome interesting movie fact: The "singing woman" in the title melody of the Startrek Enterprise TV series (TOS) is actually produced by this instrument.
ОтветитьReminds me of Dr Who and trombones.
