I have plantar fasciitis after being on crutches non-weight-bearing for 6 weeks. Getting walking again has been tough. In addition to the arch, now the lateral side of my foot even onto the top side hurts! I'm not sure if this is cuboid syndrome. Can this happen as a result of plantar fasciitis?
ОтветитьI have been sealing with this for months ever since it just suddenly came on one morning. I tried these techniques and suddenly the pain was gone. Thanks. Now if you could tell me why it feels like a heavy weight fell on top of the other foot
ОтветитьI have pain running up from the foot , calf and back of the thigh . Is this common symptoms to this problem ?
ОтветитьSaved me thank you! Just popped it back up. Sheesh the power of the internet …
ОтветитьHi, thank you for the information❤. Do you recommend something like this for someone with an old 5th metatarsal fracture (right in that area you show I think) that is many years "healed" yet still hurts? It's prone to disliking certain movements or pressures and getting cranky, swelled, yowchie sharp pain and nausea. Watching and hearing the vid has my stomach in tight sick knots as my outside right foot area imagines I'm going to press on it😱 (a doctor at my university did and I gasped with a shock of pain... x-ray was okay but I didn't go to the follow-up as no insurance🙈) . I wonder if there's any non-surgical option for me.
I got a piece of advice to strengthen the grid? of the foot... And that supportive shoes are nice but more important to do stretches like picking things up with my toes?
I think I have this now and I’m trying resolve it, but I can’t feel a bone popping into place. It’s very tender and sore. Am I doing something wrong? It’s so hard to walk on my foot now
ОтветитьWhat’s the bone on the other side of the cuboid bone,,,,inside foot in front of ankle. One foot it’s very prominent.
ОтветитьYes! Mine hurts when I touch it.
ОтветитьGRACIAS 😊
ОтветитьThis worked !!!! ❤
ОтветитьSeriously man i was fckng tired of this for one whole day and next morning i found this video and it just took 2-3 minutes for me to fix my foot by watching all steps in video and started walking back normal. Thanks alot❤ must try❤
ОтветитьThis worked great! Unfortunately pain has now moved to the same spot on the inner side of the foot. Any advice for that?
ОтветитьWow that worked! Thank you!!
ОтветитьThis is one of the most frustrating injuries! At first I did not know it was cuboid related so I kept running on it for a couple weeks, as it was a dull pain, thought it was just something that would eventually go away. Then after having it worked on by a PT, it was as if back to normal, but then two days later I felt it pop back out, and I was back to being "injured." So then I did exactly as this video showed, and it felt much better, but it still feels tender, and that foot just doesn't feel as strong as it use to before this injury. I am very apprehensive about attempting to run again, will it just keep popping out?. So frustrating because I am training for a race, and when I try to just go for a walk (3 miles or so), I still feel this dull pain exactly there start to come up. Tried icing it too. When will I fully be able to run on it again, jump, sprint etc?! Ughhh this is such a bummer as someone who is use to running every day.
ОтветитьThank you, doctor
ОтветитьSeriously worked! Was in a boot last year-- possible misdiagnosed? Felt a sharp, sudden pain when it went back in, but then relief! Thank you!
ОтветитьThis works every time ! Thank you so much. It’s saved me from pain like 5 times already
ОтветитьI'm from India 🇮🇳 thank you so much sir
ОтветитьThank you for this .. very very grateful... I watched this... My mom helped me do the massage... And four hours later... I had to remind myself of the pain and look for it...
I was sleeping sometimes with tears in my eyes wondering what's wrong with me on and off for the last couple of years... It would come on its own without active provocation and then taper down and go away..
Thank you... God bless your kindness!
My foot is killing me 😢second injection didn’t help 😢my toes have a big gap now 😢😢😢
ОтветитьThank you for the helpful information!
ОтветитьHow do you know wether to do the whip or the other treatment? I can’t get it to pop into place. So much pain in my ankle and going up my 2nd toe (beside the big toe).
ОтветитьThank you😊
ОтветитьHey, so just today I twisted my foot when playing basketball and now I have a small lump on the side of the foot where the cuboid is located. Is the lump normal and just a symptom of the cuboid syndrome ?
ОтветитьThank you very much for the help I had a pain of months ago and following your steps I removed. I speak Spanish and I did not find any help about it and very little information, I had to look in English and get to you. A lot of reason that there is very little information and studies on this, thank you very much for the help relieve me so much. 😁🎉
ОтветитьWhaaaat? It actually helped! It was hurting so much I couldn’t walk and now it’s almost gone, you’re f wizard!
ОтветитьThis is great information, but is there a real solution to the problem other than a band-aid approach of special shoes, orthotics, etc? How do we make our feet stronger and heal the issue?
ОтветитьThank you so much. After watching this I realized I have been walking with my foot turned sideways for years as a reflex because of the pain in the side of my foot. After doing the maneuvers my foot feels better instantly and I can walk normally with no pain.
ОтветитьI’ve had pain on the top of my foot for 10 years. I play soccer and I think I might have dislocated it in high school but never got it treated. The pain gets worse depending on the movement of my running. I’m not sure if it’s the cuboid or a bone spur. I can see a red dot in the same area the cuboid is from where the bone pokes my skin and a small bump.
ОтветитьBROOO YOU ACTUALLY FIXED MINE 😭❤️
Ответитьman i am a doctor also, after running my foot was in a pain after rest and walking for 2 months, i tought it was a peroneal tendonitis. But something felt wrong, i watched your video and manipulated back in cuboid bone with a little crackling sound and like magic it’s like a new. THX A LOT
ОтветитьI just found this video and I did the manipulation to my own foot as you taught and my foot pain is gone. I have been hurting about a month. Thank you
ОтветитьCan this condition be worsened by spasticity?
ОтветитьThis helped IMMENSELY as I’m healing from a intense sprain and can feel things get “jammed up” when walking as I’m traveling full time. Immediate relief and something i can come back to. Thank you!!
ОтветитьMy foot came under the car tire due to which I have no movement in the last three toes. Please give me Info and Solution
ОтветитьMy foot hurts by the first and secon toe on the top of the foot
ОтветитьSeems to make sense to first apply distal traction, to loosen it up. Then do the wiggle maneuvers.
ОтветитьThank you. My husband watched this video and 5 minutes later we both felt the cuboid pop back in. I’ve been limping around on it for days. My tendons are longer than average and I’m too flexible. This is the second time this particular bone has popped out of place. I appreciate the use of models that really helped him.
ОтветитьFacts
ОтветитьWow! It worked immediately, I can go back to soccer now. Thank you 🙏
ОтветитьThank you Doctor, I'm going to try this. That is where my pain is and after watching your video, I understand my problem better .
ОтветитьStupid bone..
Ответитьwhenever i pop it though it hurts real bad. What do i do?😭
ОтветитьMine is super painful to touch and it burns like crazy.
ОтветитьI tried but i think iade it swell again 😢
ОтветитьI used to be on my foot for hours and years work in the O.R , and now the side of my foot is killing me, I can’t even walk well or having a good night sleep, I hope this video helps me thnx
ОтветитьI wish you lived nearby. You are amazing!
ОтветитьThank you VERY much! Very informative and exactly what I have suffered from for many years! Thanks
ОтветитьI'm gonna have to try this.
I noticed pain after running on my left foot, a foot where I also sprained my ankle a few years ago. Hopefully this works.
