I set traffic stop to none buy i didnt work

still overlapping

i just did it again and nothing bro

it keeps changing back i put it to none then go to game and it say error need to put traffic keys as none i did it like 20 times it worked once then crashed then didnt work no more
idk wat to do i tried everything

None of you guys tell us how to fix the permissions this is a problem I'm having and a lot of other people you go to edit this stuff then hit save then it pops up you do not have permission to open this file see the owner of this file or an administrator to obtain permission every video I have looked at on how to do this no one specifies how to have administrator permission
