Outside of all the amazing things DDP does to help people that we all are well aware of the thing that really hit me in this was seeing his reaction when Jake told him that he was going into the hall of fame. It really shows how incredible of a man he is that he cares about Jake so deeply, a man who probably screwed him over or treated him poorly during the depths of his substance abuse, that not only does he do all he did to help him battle his addiction and achieve a much higher quality of life but he cares so much for him that he has clear immense joy for Jake to such a high level that he’s crying for him because he’s overwhelmed with joy for Jake. Seeing a person care so much for another human being to the point they want them to do well so much that they’re driven to tears of joy over their successes is just a rare quality to see in people. I can’t help but love people who genuinely want to see other people win in their lives and are genuinely happy to see others succeed

I had no clue that he had so much money struggles with the program to the extent he was prepared to short sell his home to get through things. For one you see how high quality of a human he is because he wouldn’t allow anybody else to risk their money in the company and was only willing to risk losing his own. But knowing just how close he was to financial disaster in this, and seeing how many people he’s helped with his program on top of things, it’s awesome to see what a booming success it became. Nice when the good guys win

I'm 38 years old, and for the last decade, I've been crippled with excruciating and debilitating pain due to rheumatoid arthritis. You, Sir, have given me something that I've not had in a long time - hope! You have not only given me hope but a fresh mind to never accept less for my life. I truly believe that it was the Lords will that I stumbled upon your DDPY and your ethos that surrounds diet and health. I no longer accept pain and misery for my life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! BANG! 💎

I certainly hope that they gave Arthur Borman at least a couple of million dollars because they said that the video of his transformation is what saved their company and made it's sales skyrocket!

I can't wait for my copy to come in the mail. After 27 years of seizures, neurosurgery, 1000s of seizures, I have 3 fractures in my back, constant headaches, living in consistant pain, I can't walk or stand for more than 20 minutes a day or work. My only hope is this helps where all conventional medical has failed. I live off OTC painkillers and I AM SICK OF LIVING IN PAIN!!!!! I just want to enjoy what I have left with my 7 year old daughter pain free and seizure free. Today's the day I decided it was time to change it all, and I will.

I've had the DDPY dvds since probably 2017, but I would do them intermittently, never taking it seriously. Then January 2021 I was working out and doing DDPY for a few weeks before I slipped on ice and fractured my ankle in 3 places. I had 2 plates and 11 screws put in to restabilize my ankle. Even after surgery and PT, I was told I'd always be experiencing pain and would eventually develop arthritis. My wife almost left me because I couldn't stop throwing a pity party for myself and would lash out constantly because I hated that I needed constant assistance. It's tough having a broken leg, but even tougher when you're over 350 lbs. Once I got the go-ahead from my PT, I started working out again, and did so for almost a year before getting a new job that screwed up my schedule, so I just stopped going completely. I gained back the weight I'd lost and then some. A year later I went to the doctor and weighed 406 lbs. I was disgusted with myself. Started going back to the gym, quit smoking cigarettes, and started eating better. I took those DDPY exercises and started doing a series of them before every workout and my ankle has more mobility than it's had in years with virtually zero pain.

Believe it or not, this shit works. Now I need to stick with the program and use it for weight loss!

I'm French and I really enjoyed this documentary, and found it very inspiring, even though I had never heard of DDP before. Too bad there are no French subtitles, because I would have liked to share it with a few people.

Hey DDP, not sure if you read these, or if a member of you’re team do, but listen. Please. If you brought this program to the Oculus as a VR program, where basically it puts people into you’re dvd setting into a DDP class you guys could be really successful.. there are workout “games” that are successful, but I haven’t really seen a VR experience like the successful workout DVD’s like from you or Beach Body. Please, look into it. If you guys implement some kind of VR experience and put it available on the Metaverse somewhere or in the oculus store I bet you would KILL it. Love you as a person, and I’m a longtime fan. Thanks for being such a good guy. I love you man. - a fan from Reno, NV

My brother is 47 and his blood pressure is through the roof. He’s overweight but not by much. He lost his son two years ago and I think he’s just letting himself go. He has a six year old who needs him to stick around. He also has a daughter about to have a baby of her own and she wants him around. But he eats garbage, smokes, drinks. He’s fallen off a ladder and knocked himself unconscious. He’s cut off half of his thumb, broke ribs, broke his collar bone. He never really complains about anything. I think he just doesn’t like himself and while death scares him. Everytime something happens like going blind for a few hours or passing out at the kitchen table because of his high blood pressure. He just can’t get himself to care about himself enough to do anything about it.

But about nutrition? I bought the program but I don't see anything specifically. I see a few recipes though. I am wondering if my 75 year old mother can do this? Id so, how we should start out? She has to hold on to the plants next to her stairs outside in order to get to her porch and I am always afraid that one day, she will lose her balance and fall. Since she is on blood thinners - that will be it. Even a simple fall could cause internal bleeding and she would be gone. I do alot with my mom and I am sure she would love to get out of the car on our road trips soo she could enjoy more. I wonder how miraculously this would work for her? When do I get my package? I can't use a DVD - I don't have a player. I can stream or cast to my TV though.

I met Mick Foley(wish you could have helped Roddy Piper) back in 2003 when my husband went to Iraq. My husband and I are both combat veterans. He was a very fit airborne paratrooper MP. I was a paper pusher and became an MP. He went to both Iraq and Afghanistan and I went to Iraq. We used to both mentor the youth in the Young Marine program and Naval Sea Cadets. Mentoring is such a reward and I can imagine that the people you help probably gives you the same feeling and I wish I could feel that again. We both want to feel our military prowess again. Maybe go to a Tough Mudder or run a marathon. But right now, since we've been out of the military we have gone down high and up in weight. I try to make things as healthy as I can but sometimes life gets in the way. We just a need something new. We both ride motorcycles and I just feel so large on my bike that I had to order a new motorcycle jacket. I have had to buy new clothes and cannot where my favorite jeans anymore. I would love to get back in my uniform again for special occasions. I want to get back into mentoring but don't feel comfortable in my body. AS a matter of fact, I want to feel more comfortable in my body for a few other things that will improve my life as well. I hope this does the trick because I will shout this program to the top of my lungs over and over and over to all my veteran friends and as many other people as possible. I'm 56 and my husband is 58. We have both outlived our fathers...but we aren't ready to pay the piper just yet.

There needs to be a reemergence of this action. Big pharma has gotten the best of of. People are eating crap and taking more pills than ever. I think it would be historic.

Good morning to my brother's and sister's my sweetheart Malissa tried the DDP YOGA free trial basis for 21 days she has a messed-up from a work-related she said you need to try this. This works quite well actually! I'm a 42 old truck driver and my back is all beat to mess plus I got diagnosed with type 2 diabetes it comes with the territory of being a truck. So she said you need to try this now! I was falling asleep on the couch like an old drunk sailor she said you're always complaining that I need to try DDP yoga she says now it's your turn get up on your feet and start exercise and come on you got to get the blood flowing and you know what I want to head and I did and I have to say I did the 21 diamond yoga poses that DDP does just that alone doing the yoga poses modified yoga poses just that right there was enough to feel a difference in my body oh my goodness I couldn't believe it and when I rolled out of bed this morning my shoulder didn't feel like someone was trying to drive up pick ax in it my shoulder and it didn't feel like someone smacked me across my lower back with a baseball bat I was surprised! I would love to keep all y'all updated about my progress much-loved Big John out!

I quit smoking after a 35 year 3 pack a day habit and I started working out but because of my pain I can’t workout like I’d like to… I’ve tried way too many diets and workouts and nothing works so how do I really believe in this…I’d love to be your next Arthur not the Arthur who does he pleases..
