I'm a 22 year old guy, and I have been trying to braid my own hair for years. To everyone that is fed up and frustrated and contemplating just shaving their head (just like I was), please don't give up. It takes so many attempts, but I'm finally starting to get the hang of it. Finally as 24 yo, i can braid my own hair behind. Ponytail makes hairloss in my hair & i'm tired with 2 braid.

I'm 11 years old and it is so hard to braid but this video helped me !

What works for me is slowing down the playback speed in the settings so i can keep up lol at first i would just get behind and confuse which strand to move next until i could see in the mirror then it gets easier

I just literally can’t get it. Since I can’t see what I’m doing I’m twisting the wrong strands. I am now bald.

I can finally braid my own hair as now 20 years old. But I can't see how can I braid my hair whenever it's bwhind my head. I would make a pony tail first and then start braiding my hair all the way down. But whenever I braid my hair sodeways the opposite sise messed up my style and I have to start all over.

My hair is wavy, poofy, very thick and "clingy." It likes to stick to itself and tangle instantly. Makes anything other than a bun or two braids near impossible.

Can you do more explaining here???

I have so many problems but the biggest one is even after i manage to get my hair in a braid, it always feels loose on one side and uncomfortable and i just want to undo it 🙃

After watching this video I realized that I should just stick to drawing braids on paper instead of making them in my own hair

Except for ponytail i can't braid or style my hair.i tried to braid it always turned into a disaster.being a girl i can't even braid properly.i hope this time it works

I can start the braid and continue..until 2 of the strands are shorter and I have to tie the braid off early which looks kinda weird🥲

Okay, now do it with hair that isn't straight

Hair is too thick, can't keep it seperate.
