As a care taker its your reponsibility to notify the parents the momment she hung up with police she should have called the parents of the child and woman up to the consencuenses.

I would be crying and screaming in a panic if a baby wasn't breathing near me. This woman is a demon and to not call the parents as soon as you notice is also very odd.
