Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia are the only countries worth considering for expats, every other country on this list is a crime infested shithole, especially these African and South American countries

Yeah but what you real should also cover is how hard is it to relocate to these countries> I am sure that while they may seem like they are very friendly to new people they probably are that as you are a visitor! Not staying around but there just to see what they are like. Paraguay seem to be the best choice, but I am not sure about personal safety (possible street crime, maybe gangs and the like). In general, none of these short presentation videos doesn't give an info on personal safety and similar topics. Given that it does not help to conclude what of these places would be the most suitable to live in.
For example the Bolivian capital is really dangerous and full of the city parts not to go in. That is not warm and welcoming environment, regardless of the affordable prices.

Morocco is nice and warm...great for oil painters...paint dries quicker.

There is a big difference between existing and living. THERE IS NO PLACE ON EARTH WHERE ONE CAN LIVE FOR $500 PER MONTH. Yes, you can exist in some countries for $500 per month, but who wants to live that kind of retirement? Further, most countries will not allow you to obtain a long term visa unless you have a decent amount of retirement income or savings. So basically this video is nothing but a load of crap.

I livef in the Philippines in the 80s for 5 yrs. Even back then it would be difficult but possible to yet by on $500 a month. Today, you need about $1500 to live moderately or $3000 per month in the metro areas to live very comfortable for 2. Dining out and the night life is where most of the money willl be spent.

I live in small island in Thailand for 2 years Koh Phangan , chap rent , cheap food , great wheathe, the speaking Thai and Englis, I thought they welcomed after not delay a rent, it’s a bit close or shy culture, the usues and expensive parts, running visa , leave and come back for years unless you have money for retirement, thanks 🤩 😊

To suggest that an eating budget in Thailand [is $US100 to $US200 a month is preposterous and absurd unless you live on the Street. An average meal costs more than $US8. It will cost you maybe at least $15 a day. This is 2024, The food costs in Thailand will be about $ 100 a week easily. I live in Bangkok and south Thailand.
