i tryed to remove in different ways and dont let me.alsa its just this one ,its not another installed before in the sysytem right,cos i dont wanna delete what is not,thanks

well my audio looks good but it has and X in the audio icon when you open preferences,i did installed like you show here.but,i couldnt find the audio name,this is aVMware VM.i did installed and update upgrade so many times,but...no sound.
