Canon 50mm f1.4 + Sony A7 II: The Perfect Vintage Combo in 2023?

The vintage Canon 50mm f1.4 FD lens was released in 1973. The Sony A7II camera was released in November 2014. Can this 50 year old vintage lens and 9 year old mirrorless digital camera still produce amazing images in 2023?

I have the 24, 35, 50, 85 ,100 Fd set I love them for photos but especially on cinema cameras
