I've Started Doing Ritual Magick | Here's What's Happening

I've moved on from Wicca to ceremonial magick/angel Magick. I feel like it's the next step to my spiritual 📈 growth. Reading a book now on Chaos.

I've been doing LBRP and Middle Pillar for a few weeks now. I feel that a lot of the magic has to do with visualization. The better you get at visualization the more you open yourself up to more creativity, more desire to align with the HIgher Self. Or rather, the better angels of your nature. This is theurgy. Not low magic where you cast spells for this or that. It's about expanding your vision in pursuit of God, in pursuit of whatever your Great Work, whatever that is.

Neil Gaiman said artists are magic… I’ve seen a lot of this in certain communities (furry, larp etc) where people have avatars who better represent themselves.

Maybe try reading Mind of Cells by Satprem. It talks about the “next step in evolution” the decent into the body. The goal is to create/produce a link from the “SupraMental” to the body and back. It’s at the least interesting and fascinating.

i all, I am a nobody just following the art :-) If you are a beginner and you want a good 4 book introduction on how to start practicing the art of ceremonial magick (and you are on a budget....thank god for kindle) I strongly suggest the following: (1) Modern Magick: Twelve Lessons in the High Magickal Arts by Donald Michael Kraig (Kindle Edition is $23 CAD) (2) High Magick: A Guide to the Spiritual Practices That Saved My Life on Death Row by Damien Echols (Kindle Edition is $15 CAD) (3) Making Talismans by Nick Farrell (paper back only ~$32 CAD) (4) Magical Imagination the keys to magic by Nick Farrell (paperback only ~$25 CAD) This will keep a beginner plenty to do for the first year or two...and for the wise amongst us it will keep them busy their entire lifetime :-)

I only got into the Occult and Ceremonial Magick since last year and it's so good to hear someones elses journey, it really has improved things for me, my wellbeing, moods, mental health as a whole, I'm glad it's helping you too.

I did a circle to call earth and air and became aware of people's personal space and was more respectful of them and my own. I am not good with respecting personal boundaries.

Recently watched a new Willem Dafoe movie 'Siberia', which explores guilt and is largely based on Jungian Psychology. There is a scene where Dafoe's character is playing with his childhood toys, (a method Jung used him before he would go into episodes of hallucination or Active Imagination) when his toy horseman came to life and told him not to take himself so seriously. "Enjoy life. Fuck up. Shake your ass." So we had Willem Dafoe dancing and singing in his basement like a madman to Del Shannon's 'Runaway' which became a moment of clarity and transformation for his character. It is now easily became one of my favorite film scenes. It was also funny to me since he is known for playing the Green Goblin and you mentioned Toby Mcguire in Spiderman. Yes I understand..x..I think ✌️😃👍..dance energy especially on lay lines, In ritualistic magik is charted, but unknown/uncharted/not talked about much ,but may be an ancient territory,, ritual of the lesser banishing ritual,=performed in that special space place by ,...=Tthe magician..then dance (explore community emotion), the more the merrier/powerful energy vortex/special place xx..dance vibes give it all empathy ,dark,light..a bit like boxing..if you identify with that..but much more light than dark ..much love x..the map of this work is very vast and goes back thousands of years..but when Magik meets science /alchemy and/as it works ..it’s best kept secret..I suppose..for now until enough research is made..xx..or maybe I’m just full of nonsense ,..at the moment this ritual is very personal x ..but want to keep searching exploring..but with no mistakes 😃

I’ve been having a similar train of thought lately myself after studying the occult for about 6 yrs and not practicing also. I realized i’m align with the Thelema philosophical principles and I practive Thelemic Magick. You might might interested in the following if you haven’t delved into it deeply yet: The postmodern philosophy and the postmodern self/identity, spirit work with servitors/archetypes, and Thelema or other ceremonial magick systems.

There are many spirits a spirit is it’s word is it’s character and not all the spirits are the same. The Lord said Matthew 6:24
“No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and money.

The knowledge of good and evil has been placed in the heart and is a witness of good and bad spirits showing a division.

Spirits hold territory on earth the spirit of buddha is not Christ and good ministering spirits are sent to all. Whatever you treasure there your heart will be also.

There’s webinars every other Saturday, you have a tutor, you have a curriculum, you have a physical initiation, and after initiation you can learn so much more at Temple.

The LBRP does indeed make a cloudy day sunny. Mix it up with the Middle Pillar, and you're kicking off for a great day. Give it a year or so, and you'll soon notice that you're not adversely affected by the things that would have bothered you in the past.

I really appreciate the points you're making in this video. I love how open you are. I find a lot of modern magick content, tutorials, books etc are missing a solid basis in already established principles and theories regarding human psychology and behaviour. For example CBT, NLP, ZEN, hypnosis etc. just to name a few. This is changing though with things like Internal Family Politics Therapy which mirrors some of the conceptual tools used in Occult practices for probably centuries. In trying to learn more about this stuff I often find a lot of artistic fluff rather than the solid psychological and behavioural principles that are supposed to be driving these "technologies". I have noticed that whatever the "brand" of discipline people choose to subscribe to, everyone one of them seem to share the same basic point at their core. I would love it if someone could comprehensively explain this to me. But I guess I should be grateful that these resources are availible to all of us. I'll catch up on your content over the next few months and am glad you're doing what you're doing and sharing these things with us.
