MySQL Connector for Visual Studio 2019

This is not working for me in VS 2019. When I go to Add Reference I do not get the Assemblies option ... just COM, Browse, etc. I can add mysql. data. dll, but that does not become visible in the code. It might help if you started the video from total beginning, showing selection of project type, etc. I must be in a different mode somewhere.
