Unfortunately they change the buff from 44% skill amplify into 25% skill and 20% Glacio damage but it makes sense

Jinshi is already the strongest without proper sub-DPS support, 44% amplification on top of 15 energy while also doing coordinated attacks to fill up her Forte would make Jinshi an unrivaled monster so they need to dial that down a little by making it only 25% instead and then release a character with coordinated attack with +44% amplify maybe a year later where we get more OP chara and Jinshi have a lot of rivals and this new support will turn her back in the spotlight once again which make people who don't have Jinshi would want to pull for her in her rerun

I think it was the right decision to release a more general support like how Yinlin buff Electro and Burst while Zhezhi is Glacio and Skill in the begining of the game and then more specific buffer like 44% skill buff much later in the game life cycle just like GI
