[6.24B] Solo Raid Season 15: Golden Kraken (Goddess of Victory: NIKKE)

TEAM 1: Crown, D: Killer Wife, Alice, Scarlet: Black Shadow, Naga

I could have used Liter in this team, but another team needed her. I lack some of the recent Nikkes like Soda: Twinkling Bunny and Alice: Wonderland Bunny, so I was a little restricted on potential team compositions. In order to make Team 3 work properly, I had to move Liter to that team.

Interestingly enough, I couldn't find a place for Tia. Crown simply contributed more damage in this team that in any of my other options. So, Tia had to sit this Solo Raid out.

Healing-wise, Crown and Naga were sufficient for the job. Naga healed everyone up, and Crown's shields protected against team-wide attacks.

TEAM 2: Blanc, Volume, Maxwell, Noir, Modernia

Initially, I wanted to use Crown in this team, and move Bunnies in Team 5. But after more than a few mock battles, I decided against it; Crown still made a bigger difference in Team 1. So I defaulted to this team composition.

Shooting at the Core with Maxwell's Burst was a little difficult in the beginning, since the Core hadn't been exposed and visible yet. There's a general area at which you can aim at, but I ended up retrying a dozen or so times until I landed a core hit. I wouldn't say I had to mald here though, because eventually I got the hang of it.

TEAM 3: Liter, Rosanna: Chic Ocean, Red Hood, Sakura: Bloom In Summer, Ludmilla: Winter Owner

This is the team I had to mald the most with. I had determined that I could go into this fight without a healer, as long as I had Liter to repair cover - or at least keep it up as long as possible. But to get a good score, everything had to go just right.

I didn't bother dodging all the time, but I also didn't want to take too much damage to HP or Cover. If Cover is destroyed, Liter can't repair it and the team must withstand the boss's special attack with their HP. If they have enough HP, they can survive it one time. I had to make my team last as long as possible.

During the last few seconds, I didn't bother to take cover anymore. I knew that Sakura and Ludmilla wouldn't survive, so I focused on firing Red Hood's Burst until the timer hit 0.

TEAM 4: Dorothy, Biscuit, Dolla, Anis: Sparkling Summer, Scarlet

For this fight, I kept Auto-Burst on. It helped me target the boss more consistently with Dorothy's Brand. If I simply spammed the Burst button as I am wont to do, there's a risk that the Burst crosshair gets stuck behind cover and won't successfully target the boss. But after Dorothy had branded the boss, it was faster to spam Burst II and Burst III skills.

Unfortunately, I failed to keep Scarlet alive all the way to the end. At the decisive moment, Scarlet didn't get a new cover from Biscuit and died to the special attack. Biscuit's Burst affects random targets, so this would have required quite a few retries to get right. But I decided I was fine with this score.

TEAM 5: Guilty, Privaty, Pepper, Snow White, Helm: Aquamarine

This is basically the team where I put everything else I had left. I don't have a shotgun team, so I put Snow White here. I still needed a healer for this team, so I brought Pepper along. CDR was handled by Helm: Aquamarine.

At first, I tried to run this team with Yulha as well, but there were problems with using her. Firing Snow White's Burst during Yulha's S2 was problematic, because the boss could erect an elemental barrier that made it invulnerable to Snow White's attacks. If that wasn't enough, the phase transition with QTE circles messed up with Burst timing, making it harder to fire during the buff window.

In the end, I left Yulha out and brought Privaty instead. Because I wasn't relying on a specific buff window anymore, I could fire Snow White's Burst as soon as it was fully-charged - and preferably not during elemental barrier.
