No harsh chemicals. No pumas to scratch the porcelain, And it smells good. I "WILL" definitely use this again.

Worked for me pretty much, I'm an automotive painter by trade, I usually have some paint sticks laying around, not today, I grabbed a sampling by the roots and use that for results.

Baking soda and vinegar makes saltwater. Use vinegar alone

You don't even need the baking soda! Vinegar is ALL you need!!! Just let it sit for a long while, then scrub away.

Adding baking soda is a fun science experiment, but it just cancels out the effects of the vinegar! I think the combo of the 2 is better for a clogged drain, where the bubbling action helps to release things from sticking to the inner wall of your pipes. :-)

Both vinegar and baking soda are chemicals. So is water.

You gotta let it sit for way longer than 10 minutes let it sit as long as possible even a day or overnight

Why do people insist on recommending using an acid (vinegar) and a base (baking soda) at the same time? The "fizzing" you report is the baking soda and vinegar NEUTRALIZING EACH OTHER!!! Making useless salt. Use an acid, or use a base, at a time. Basically, if you use more baking soda then vinegar, you are just cleaning with baking soda. If you use more vinegar than baking soda, then you are just cleaning with vinegar. Except less of either than you put in because you have neutralized most of it by mixing them together.

Nononono-no my friend. Here's what you do, and this will work without fail. Turn Toilet water off; do not flush. To the thank Add 1 cup of CLR and One CUP of IRON OUT, to the tube in the tank add 3 cups of CLR, to the toilet bowl add 1-2 cups of CLR (depending on how high the stain is) and 1 cup of IRON OUT. Make sure fan is on and door is closed. After 8 hours, the MEDICINE should have cured the DISEASE. Scrub your toilet bowl good. If the stuff still refuses to come off, get down and dirty with gloves and steel wool (because ceramic dominates steel, but steel dominates scum); make the punta clean without triggering flush (too much pressure), and worse case scenerio leave overnight. This conquers all toilet stains; guaranteed. My friend, this absolutely destroys your method.

Oddly, this worked pretty well on one toilet and less on the other. But it worked nonetheless. Thank you.

Baking soda and vinegar didn't work for me even after overnight soaking

I tried this method & also used a scouring stick & it works! My toilets were worse then the video. The blue Clorox was stained in on the hard water spots! This method help loosen the hard water stains & made cleaning with the scouring stick so much easier. I cleaned 2 toilets & now on my 3rd. Thank You for posting this video! My toilets look brand new!!

Not sure all that vinegar and baking soda is a good idea with a Septic system. 🤔

I have a family member that never cleans the toilet in their bathroom and they have severe hard water stains in their toilet and this vinegar and baking soda mixture did NOTHING. The stains were still there and what it did do was maybe deodorize the smelly toilet other than that there were no good results. I had to go to a special cleaning store in my area and purchase a very dangerous toilet cleaner with warning labels all over it but it worked though.

I tried this. This bulls%*t doesn't work. It's a waste of vinegar and baking soda. No chemicals in vinegar or baking soda!? That's impossible!!! Vinegar consists of acetic acid (CH3COOH) and baking soda has a chemical compound with the formula NaHCO₃. More bulls%*t from the narrator.

St Louis County has hard water and it's a pain. I also have an elevated toilet seat, and it REALLY leaves stains. I'll give this a try. Thanks.

Crazy but my toilet was not that dirty! Even hv a water softener (better look into this)But this did Not get that stubborn water build up whatever it is. ONLY Pumice Stone- comes right off!!! n then I had a pearly white toilet again
