So I’m my coding class I have a problem when it comes to having 3 codes for a scenario. I can normally get 2 but the third one is difficult for me.

They coded 60460 4x because each vaccine has a different side effect that has to be counseled on seperately.

Total 5 VACCINES are administrated we took 1 component from each of vaccine is totally (1+1+1+1+1=5) 90460×5 And reming we are left with 2 components from Dtap and *2 components from (MMR) hence that 2+2 =4 is added to the 90461x4 which is making sense
