I do this always because I used to suck my thumb as a child, lengthening my tongue very slightly. As a result, my tongue lays in the roof of my mouth. This caused my top teeth to jut out just a little.

Idk why but i feel like i have been resting my tongue on the roof of my mouth like ever since i was born. I feel like its the only comfortable place to put it

I tried mewing for 29 days, it was a crazy experience. At the start i was not convinced but then within a few days i saw something change within myself by week 3 i was seeing crazy things, on week 4 i met god. can confirm mewing is for baddies only. !!! praaise the 5g super aliens, god is love god is mewing

Strange how I always had and have my tongue on the top of my mouth and teeth closed - without thinking about it.
Also I have learned for my job, that this position of the tongue is the "standard one" - I was assuming everybody naturally does this xd
Furthermore I always naturally breathe through my nose, even when lightly/moderately exercising.
Lastly, I usually swallow without expression°° Am I strange or are other prople strange? xd

Before we invented machines to process our food we had to spend a lot of time chewing food which required us to use our jaws a lot more.
We probably chewed our way through evolution. Just saying.

I believe their is some truth of mewing but I kind of do it automatically. It seems to me the biggest problem is overworking desk jobs and inflammatory diet. Keep in mind lots of people do have bad genetics making them more prone to mouth breathing
