Kiko A Holiday Fable collection – why, Kiko..?

Kiko Milano A Holiday Fable collection for the winter holidays 2021 is, as expected, huge and including all kinds of makeup and even skincare items: eyeshadows, eyeliners, highlighters, glittery lipsticks, lip stylos, eyeshadow palettes, blushes, foundations, powder foundations and even a serum – but why did it have to be so extremely boring?.. See the Kiko A Holiday Fable collection in real life as it is, with lipstick swatches and comments in English and tell me your thoughts! I also swatched a couple of eyeshadows, which are harldy even visible on my hand aside from some shimmer.

Just to be clear: I am not opposed to the nude makeup Kiko Milano are making, I am saying that in a Christmas collection this huge they could have definitely included something except gold, nude and a tiny bit of red. They do make natural makeup colours, but they are also known and loved for bright and colourful makeup products, such as colour eyeliners and unconventional lipsticks – I certainly expected them to include at least something interested, but instead Kiko A Holiday Fable is probably the most conventional holiday release I have seen this year – weird.
