Amazing work out coach ,hpwever i don have in availability so much weights on dumbbells ,my heaviest pair of dumbbells is 10kg ,so if i able to combinate the dumbbells between them ,so i do as well ,if i do not i do not do not ,except of that it was a fantastic work out ,thanks a lot !!!

Midas, I just wanted to thank you for the quality of your content. I really appreciate how you take the time to NARRATE the proper form of each exercise before starting to do them. The video preview also helps visualizing the correct form.

Also, the fact that you stay quiet during the exercises themselves allows the viewer to mute the video and play their own music without missing any important information.

So many channels and videos jump straight to the workout giving zero explanation or even warm up.

You're the GOAT.

I can't do 60 seconds of pause because I have dumbells with screws and I have to change the weights everytime. What is the maximum time I can pause without messimg up the session? Thanks

Alright midas it is urgent and i don't know who else to speak to about it, since i know you have indeed read your comments; hard though far too many to go through, but this is important question for my health, and i don't trust other fitness resources, since you, just like me are on dependent on natural means in aquiring supplements, i'm natural in general with alot of foods i consume daily, but this week, (as of writing this comment), i started feeling tired, not that weak compared to how i'd normally feel, but i ate the foods dependent on a list of foods i saw on google, (no not the very first result i found), that help with how i felt at the time, the only issue was that those foods were far more calories than my body could sustain, and now i'm bloated (i believe), gained weight, but not through fat, through the food sitting on my stomach.

Or perhaps it was fat, nonetheless, i've put on 10 lbs of weight because of the food i ate at that moment, and now i'm afraid to workout cause it could cause me to have a stomach ache, rupturing in my stomach, or worse, google or any or search engine system may only worsen things with their suggestions.

I know i'm just some random dude on the internet, but i'm rarely on my phone, i don't even have instagram, facebook, tiktok (i dislike tiktok in complete honesty), and i don't want to stress my 48 year old mother the only one i'm living with at that, and no other resource ANYWHERE has helped, sum up this important question if you feel though midas
