ОтветитьThis is one of the most interesting videos I’ve seen in a long time. I just watched another before this and I finally know where I’m going wrong. I want to do this first that’ll help me find my avatar. I started with females like me but I think that’s narrowing down who wants it but it’s a start. Struggling entrepreneurs need my product also. So is my avatar struggling female entrepreneurs for aff marketing? Then I have a health ans wellness so can I use the same avatar for both? I will check out your blog too. Great info. Really need hell with that question

1). What frustrates you most?
2). How do you feel your time being wasted?
3). What clients hear themselves repeatedly saying?
4). Where do you see yourself in a year?
But what do I do when I already have a solution but I don’t know who is the customer who is going to buy it ?

-People don't know what problems they have.
-Your potential customers don't remember the document, they remember animations.
-One2One interviews does not give you anything if you have just hypotheses document ,don't waste your time.
-Create funny story to describe your problem . you're talking users not investors or Vcs.
- The solution demos and short videos work great to .
-Don't use surveys,focus group if you don't have customers base.
-Don't ask people what they need, tell them directly how can do the stuffs or tasks that your product focus on.
-Strategies and communication with users and customers are different in each stage of you business or company.
-most of entrepreneurs tell you that you should ask your potential customers or users , I tell ask anyone because it will help you to pivot quickly.
-Don't schedule your interviews , do them when you see your target user is ready to give you his time.
