Doterra is by far best oils ever ❤ all my favorites sister but peppermint is a must its amazing for headaches.

I used the nebulizer years ago, hubby used to get a nasty cough every winter, I nebulized just normal saline for him, 2 days 2 or 3 times a day and he was well.
Lavage, hmm, may be I should try one, just using a netipot.

You mentioned tangerine oil. My daughter seems to have problems with her gallbladder. They -Docs want to remove it, but haven't because scans show there are small gallstones (slurry-due to sickle cell), but no blockage. She goes jaundice (eyes) and has pain.
I give her olive oil and Lemons (back to Eden book guided me). Can I use some of that tangerine oil with castor oil and rub on the gallbladder/liver area to help?
Working on diet with her too...especially not eating late.

I have been praying for wisdom on what nebulizer to get and was on the Just Nebulizer website but there are so many to choose from. I appreciate the information. So glad I found you, I've been learning a lot from binge watching your videos. I have been trying to learn more about herbs , foraging and essential oils to treat health issues. One essential oil I would choose is tea tree.
I have Rosmary Gladstar's beginners guide to medicinal herbs. Im going to try to plant more herbs this year in my garden so I can make salves & tinctures. This was/is no more a flu than Chronic Lyme and Co-infections...all do pretty much the same thing to our bodies...and our immune system...by creation.

Any suggestions on vitamin C if we have the gene that causes " Hemochromatosis, or iron overload, is a condition in which your body stores too much iron. It's often genetic. It can cause serious damage to your body, including to your heart, liver and pancreas. You can't prevent the disease, but early diagnosis and treatment can avoid, slow or reverse organ damage." A Lyme group did an extensive survey years ago to check the genetics of people who were severely effected (I was in the group)...and those who were the sickest had 1 SNP for the hemochromatosis thingy and I do... My Lyme doctor years ago told me to stay clear of vitamin C...only in infusion could I use and not be harmful...any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. With Lyme/mold/co-infections...and long covid..our bodies are already on fast track to an early grave...don't want to give ole Satan more ammo : )

A. D. P. by Biotic Research is a wonderful way to get oregano...it is emusified oil oregano...great for stomach issues...stops nausea....and most likely kills the bugs causing the issue. A hard capsule ...we always let stay in our mouth for a few minutes before we swallow to allow it to coat our throat too.

Dr Ealy is very clear on stating that Hydrogen Peroxide and Vitamin C SHALL NEVER be taken together because it becomes highly oxidative and will harm you greatly.
