A lot are walking around with an illnesses that you’re hardly even aware of and if you are aware of it, you don’t know the first thing to do to fix it. I’m a spiritual healer and I actually put people into the deepest brainwave meditation to activate the subconscience, and to heal a lot of trauma’s. A lot of my clients tell me I still know what happened to me but I can’t sit there and stew on it like I did in the past. It just leaves my mind! It’s important to package up this energy and get it out of the body! It is very much like an energetic spiritual parasite attaching to people. Passed on by trauma. It loves to feed off of your energy. You’re unaware of it because you can’t see it but it’s there and it’s a problem.
