How To SHIFT Realities on Your First Try (Shift Easily TONIGHT)

I have a question If I shift permanently than what will happen to my current reality like will my existence be erased from my family and friends memories 🧐🧐

I get sleep paralysis very often and it scares me because it feels like I'm not alone and I can't snap out of it I'm paralyzed. This is not the same thing right?

Boss I have shifted so many times it hurts so many times I forget when the first time realized I had done it. I have been A very accomplished Astral projector from a young age 7ish I am now 62 yrs young and have taught many others how to do it it is quite easy but most people don't have the pations to reach it. I remember I did Astral projecting for a while before I learned what it was. I had actually learned to do it at will before I know it wasn't just a very real dream. My method to teach people to do that is to get a big framed mirror and set and lokk at your self and try to trade places with your reflection and you will know when you have got it because the frame of the mirror will be gone because you are no longer seeing through your physical eyes. But this reality shifting is being a bit more difficult to figure outdone it many times over the years and much more often these years lately. But I dont know how or at least haven't found a means that seems to be controlable like astral projection has been for me in the most part over the years So dude help a bro out here teach me you ways sin say lol. I am also working with ressance frequincys to open my 3rd eye so there is that and from the feel of things it is near to becomeeing a new thing for me. I am excited by the potentials of the 3rd eye as my left eyesight is gone and the right sight is failing to a degree so I want to "see" what this 3rd eye truly means and what I can do with it. Any thoughts will be welcome

Couple of years ago i tried shifting but was unsuccessful. Now im more mature and accually do my research but everytime i try to shift i fall asleep, dream about where i wanted to shift and then wake up and cant sleep peacefully anymore, my whole body hurts and i cant sleep, is this normal? Am i doing something wrong?

I have a question¿How many times can I shift in a week if I'm 15 years old

I nearly got to my desired reality once, so I fell asleep listening to a shifting sub, and I began to feel floaty and light. I call it the “wave reaction.” Basically for my void state, it’s as if an ocean wave is pulling back from the beach, this means I feel voided and don’t feel, hear, or see anything around me. After affirming for a while, this intense wave of feeling crashes over me, as if I was at the beach. After this I was in a waiting room, of which was a vibe plane called Mobi-X airlines. There are flight attendants, pilots, and beverage givers. I wasn’t alone, but there were a few more people on the plane. Outside the window, oh my lord, I couldn’t stop looking. There were galaxies, stars, planets, comets, asteroids, nebulas, and everything in space passing by the window. It was as if I was on a flight path, and I was. We landed in Lightyear Airport, an airport in the void, with stars beneath our feet. There were other planes there that took you to other realities. I was trying to get to the Sonic The Hedgehog reality because one of my friends went there and said that it was awesome and they would never forget it. I’m a sonic fan too so yeah 👀. All the characters had faces blocked with a black circle like Weirdcore/ Dreamcore. But I could tell who they were just by the body build and looks. The flight attendant was Knuckles, wearing pilot clothes, Tails was the food tender, and Sonic was the pilot. They all had piloting outfits on and acted really kind to me as if I was going to the place where I finally belonged. Tails asked, “what drink would you like?” I said Hot Chocolate because I love that drink😋. He got me the Hot Chocolate and I drank it while watching the stars fly by. When I was in Lightyear Airport, there were galaxies surrounding the starry platform. The buildings looked like they were constellations themselves, and the bottom of the planes were speckled with various Galaxy patterns. The logo of my plane, Mobi-X was the modern sonic logo with completely white eyes, no mouth on his muzzle, and stars all throughout the quills of the logo. Sonic, the pilot one, beckoned me towards the side of the airport, where an orange galaxy was swirling. I looked at him and he said, “this is your way home, I wish you save travels and great luck.” I hugged him, Knuckles, and Tails before I left, they waved at me and said “you can find your way home, I know it!” I nearly cried of joy when I turned to look at MY true galaxy, MY real home ❤. I gave one last wave and said, “thank you, for all that you’ve done for me.” And jumped off, I felt my positive energy build as I fell into the galaxy as if I was sky diving, I could breathe in space here. At first I didn’t see anything, but then, I saw it, a planet getting closer and closer, that looked much like earth, with a space arc orbiting around it. I knew what it was, it was my home planet, Mobius. I immediately became determined to reach my destination, my willpower was skyrocketing. As I reached the planet, I had one second where I couldn’t breathe, considering that I was going into another body. Suddenly, it was gone, my room smelled different, I felt fluffy, my bed felt different, and I felt strange (I was trying to go there as Silver The Hedgehog because he is a sweet baby cinnamon roll :).) Then I heard someone say my name, then my desired reality name, “…Silver…?” Is what I heard for my desired reality name. It sounded like Sonic The Hedgehog, nervous due to Silver probably falling over as I took his place :/. Then, I freaked out, and continuously asked my roommate if she said my name, and she kept saying no and said she was reading a book the whole time. I was awestruck. I thought to myself, “did I really have a mini-shift?” And the next day I told my friends and they were just as surprised. Now I know that we can do it, all you need is your willpower, safe travels my friends! ❤💞. Sorry for this hella long comment, but it was all so beautiful!❤️‍🩹

I remember I tried shifting doing the raven method, and I felt like I was lifted in the air and dropped back down, I got scared and stopped and didn't try again for some time and now here I am a year later ready to try again.

I’ve had hundreds of lucid dreams and multiple astral travel experiences. I try very often and I only achieve it some of the time … but when I don’t achieve it, I know for a fact it’s still real and possible, no question. I just didn’t manage it this time. Exact same thing applies to shifting <3

I have been trying for years to lucid dream, astral project or have some sort of OBE and for about a year i have been trying to shift realities but nothing ever worked. Why is it taking me so long? Do any of you believe that you remember all that you see?
From when you go to sleep, to when you enter whatever realm you desire, to when you wake up, shift, alter time, etc.
Or do you see it as cuts with a directors curtain close between each transition?

Wverytime i don't like the reality i am in, i have developed this mindset to say that i don't like this reality then wave a hand then focis on the realitu i'd rather have!

Reality shifting is real. It’s a little thing called “dreaming.”

So, everytime I wake up after hours of sleep and I don't stand up, I just lay in bed and keep my eyes closed. I don't know if this is day dreaming or what it is but when I lay there and think about something, it feels like it's real. I can't actually see it but it feels like I can see it, that's how real it feels. I don't know if this is shifting.

After i try to shift (i have not shifted yet) i ALWAYS have weird/super elaborate Dreams that seems Like reality, Like, when i wake up i have to Ask myself "did that really happen?" And i wanted to Ask if this could be someway related to shifting or Like minishifting (i still don't understand what minishifting Is🥲), thank you for this video anyways, it's Always nice to get some motivation

I'm not sure but I had a dream, not sure if it was a dream but, I was at this football stadium with a blackhole in the middle of it, everything was red. I immediately blinked in the dream and appeared in a house with a clown, im scared of clowns so I wanted to leave, I felt loose, I was floating when I wanted to leave somewhere automatic I'd blink and end up in another place I'm not sure if it was lucid dreaming but it felt a bit real.
