ОтветитьButter?? Thats not how you do pork roast justice 😂 this methode is so simplistic. Compare to Balinese pork roast which have various real vegetables inside the pork belly with various intricate spices (not just soy sauce) , make me appreciate it little bit more.

ОтветитьThe philipinos call lechon to different kind of animals that sre roasted but the word lechon itself is spanish wich relate to lactating pork. It's the heritage spaniards brougth to the Phillipines but also into the caribean and some countries in South America.
