Trying to Explain the Weird Comics I Made As A Kid

Pineapple Lord is such a great villain because he subverts a lot of the typical villain tropes. For example, many "all powerful behind the scenes characters" will oftentimes have their henchmen be revealed to be weak, but in this universe Pineapple Jacob is the final form of the Pineapple Lord. It's such an interesting twist because it really pushes the characters to their limits. Alexander and Jacob might have fought before, but this is the true test of that. Jacob might have died before, but this is the true test of that. It's taking previously used elements and pushing them up too eleven. I'd liken it to the final level of a video game recontextualizing the things you've seen in previous levels.

This is not even bringing about how he manages to foil every character of the main cast. The empty void of loneliness perfectly parallels mecha mole's loneliness upon not having a family anymore. He parallels Alexander's constant commitment to friendship even in the face of horrible violence. He parallels even that first suicide bomber character that one weird kid wanted to be. He's the perfect foil. And Pineapple Lord is so amazing because of the same thing you talked about with the Wall. It might be a ridiculous villain, but he has so much depth and character underneath the surface. What should be a joke character exploited into a compelling antagonist.

Not to mention Pineapple Lord is an effective villain because he is just that, effective. Most villains will dilly dally and walk around their goals in order to give their heroes a chance. But Pineapple Lord knows what he wants, and when he sees something isn't working he changes it. He takes out Jacob when he sees something not working. This isn't even taking into account an incredible feat for a villain, he wins! He manages to take over everything for 5 whole years. Take that Thanos.

While his motivations might not seem very sympathetic at first, I'd compare them to a character like Bill Cipher. He's been stranded in a void of nothingness for so long he craves anything. If taking over the multiverse means that, then that's what will happen. This is an incredibly complex worldview to have because it shows that despite his despicable actions, he's more chaotic neutral than anything. Should the series continue, there would be the possibility that Pineapple Lord might take a stand against other villains.

This is already something he has been shown to be willing to do. He actively works against Racnoss and Dark Master. This means that given the right story, he might side with the heroes, something which is able to add an incredible amount of depth to a villain. I can understand where he is coming from in that context.

Pineapple Lord is only foiled due to essentially 2 miracles. Alexander returning from hell, and him somehow eating all the pineapples. He doesn't go down just like any other villain, he goes down swinging and only lost because he was truly outplayed. He was good, but Alexander was just better. Then, he goes down with a nuke with both heroes sacrificing themselves. And the victory truly feels earned.

In conclusion, Pineapple Lord deserves credit as an extremely well thought out and executed antagonist. Marvel needs to hire this man.

ive watched this like 12 times and im still entertained watching it

I once created a story featuring my tuition friends and they would wind up in a ghost town full of anomalies and we have to destroy the source but some of us would die but by the power of the pen they would come back to life. It was discontinued after episode 6 "(friend's name) and the black figure".
I actually want to recreate it and continue it now that I'm mentioning this..

dang this hit home i made comics for everything i stopped around the same age as you maybe 10 or 11 but i made clumsian he was a clumsy alien basically managing everything by oure coicidence or luck with a superman story his home blew up hes the soul survivor he ended up in some school some how

then met a bully named ninja spy this bully wouldnt leave him alone but then clumsian made a friend she was a girl who spoke to animals and shape shifts eventually sympathy for my current villain ninja spy happened and he just had a crappy dad bla bla bla ninja spy alomst died somehow i forget and clumsian and the animal girl saved him

the trio was at their prime when ninja spys dad was unhappy with this thing... why? HE WAS THE ONE WHO KILLED ALL THE ALIENS ON CLUMSIANS PLANET plot twist boom pow shazam but then he was enraged his legacy and son was friends with the last alien so for the heck of it he attempts to kill them all bla bla bla the evil dad died in an explosion and was revealed to have been another villain i had in the story a square shaped pumpkin...

anyways he then made a robot body for himself no longer caring for his son decides to try and end the trio with explosives idk the rest of the stuff but eventually they won some where in there clumsian met his mom ploot twiist and ninja spy was a total john wick rip off but really epic and concerningly violent

but then my last pannel ive ever made was of an evil furr ball petting his comically large pet cat in his evil chair staring at the monitors of the multivrse and was the emporer palpatine figure to the evil dad who was like darth vader at this point he had an evil empire btw ninja spy is the aire now too

anyways ngl i love your content and i loved this vid I NEED MORE and possibly if you respond or like this comment i may continue it so id know this is worth it and not me just trynna make a random slien story from 3rd grade but idk there is something about a childs mind after so much freedom of mind and so many watched movies any story is possible i planned a multiverse saga i never did

including my other characters like gold knight the shape men really just dimensional beings the speedster a fast guy and the elementals wich i never quit on the elementals and am still trynna make them a goodstory today along with some new stories i made wihc i could probably through in the mix and tweenaged humanoid assassin gators... yeah i did that... and even the one and only dark verse a sad depressing version if this story this all would wrap up with them meeting the power rangers and the justice league and the jedi council and the ninja turtles and sonic the hedge hog for some reason too

omg i created a universe called the Phantomverse. It follows how Ryab lockwood is caught in an explosion and dies. He then gets reincarnated as a super hero, and fight a guy named shadow creeper. Now looking back, these series of comics were just like yours. (but a tad less violent)
