1:) Automatic glue filling & capping machine is designed for glue filling into bottle and cap closing. The machine filling system can working with pressure tank or update use Syringe injection. The main products LIKE 502 super glue, CA glue, white glue and instant glue etc are all no problem.
2:) Customized design based on different filling material ＆ bottle shape ＆ volume.
3:) Material contact part can update to use SUS316L, even Teflon anti-corrosive design.
4:) Auto(Manual) bottle feeding- Auto filling- Auto(Manual) cap loading- Auto cap closing- Auto plug loading＆pressing- Auto finished product output. (It also can work with inkjet printer and labeling machine directly.)
5:) Auto calibration detection system ＆ auto stopping system with alarm reminder. No bottle no filling ＆ No cap auto alarming stop.
6:) Filling accuracy can keep ±1%, based on different material to design different nozzle types.
7:) Update to use servo capping system which can adjust the capping torque, auto robot arm working on cap tightening＆protecting.
