i think the best for that is the task manager in windows. just find chrome task which making problems and close it . it workking for me but i need to repeat it every i turn on pc.

Not what i was looking for im looking for something that "PREVENTS" multiple instances of chrome from running like HELLO everyone knows how to close chrome already "PREVENT" is the key word and there is literally nothing on the entire internet that "PREVENTS" multiple instances. What i mean is it becomes impossible for more than 1 to open PERIOD! since i have to spell out the obvious and the entire internet is playing stupid over this info. You type "How to PREVENT multiple instances of chrome" into any search and this is all you find is these idiotic videos that think the world is so stupid no one knows how to close a window or a process like OMG */facepalm*.
