One way I plan to look at my ppd is this is supposed to happen to me! I can do this! it's hard but only women can do something so special!! :) instead of letting those intrusive thoughts win! replace them with the positives! remember mama you are able you are capable and you are determined :) love and light

I thought we were supposed to limit contacts for newborn? Since they don’t have their antibodies nor vaccines. I’m super nervous about having other than my partner helping with the baby during newborn period.
