After so many fails I found this video and I gave it a try, the results were SCRUMPTIOUS. Alhamdulilah. JazakAllahu khair for such good recipes. Y'all have to try this for sure.

This is the best recipe, but I'd suggest reducing the amount of sugar she's using. My brownies turned out amazing but way too sweet; I had to use unsweetened cream to coat them.

I made this brownie yesterday. Taste was out of this world. But my brownie came out really gooey and it was breaking. I then kept it for another 10 mins in the oven. But not a lot of difference it made.
