How to Create a Windows 10 on ARM Virtual Machine in VMWare Fusion Tech Preview on Apple Silicon

Everyime I boot up a virtual machine it is either a serial socket issue... something with the printer or if i boot from network then it is an operating system issue. How do I solve this??? Please respond asap if you can. I been trying to get started with a new job that I got at a tech company. Your help is appreciated, thanks!!!

what version of vmware fusion are you using?

I tried to launch Windows 10 but I got an error message saying "This version of VMware Fusion is for Intel-based Macs, but is being run on an Apple silicon based Mac via Rosetta-2. Read KB-84273." It also said "Transport (VMDB) error -14: Pipe connection has been broken" after. Why it say that version is only for intel based Macs if I installed VMWare Fusion 13 which is compatible with apple silicon Macs? How do I fix it?

Is there a way to enable hardware acceleration? I was able to set up win11 once, but I had the issue " 3d acceleration is not supported by your guest OS". I am trying to run some modeling apps which are not supported on mac os.
