failover ?

hey there.
i have an internet connection of 4mb now, the person also load balance with multiple wan
and i also want to load balance with 4mb + 2mb unequal with failover. please guide, i do it by online tutorials it work but i stuk in failover and which method is suitable for me ? another question is that when load balancing 1 wan gets down i have issue on pppoe but hotspot runs fine
