I don’t think people understand these videos. They aren’t being rated pure evil or broken based on the severity of their crimes, they’re being rated based on whether or not they were originally good hearted or just not necessarily evil. A broken villain means they weren’t always evil, but somehow suffered and did bad things as a result. Pure evil means they were simply evil hearted from birth
