I checked the Internship positions. I find out I need to be "enrolled in an accredited university at the time of the internship". Why?

I support students with STEM in Ghana. I completed my Bsc Engineering Physics over a decade ago. I love quantum computing and would be grateful for the opportunity to develop my passion with further studies. Is there a way enthusiasts based in Africa who are currently not enrolled in schools to take advantage of your internships and scholarship programs.

I have an algorithm for cryptography which is designed to be quantum resistant. I will like to share, maybe you can test the software to see how sound it is with blocking quantum assailants. Let's connect.
