when you are doing shoulder workout...please don't swing the weight while performing accurate workout for the specific muscle group...
When you swing the weight... it tend to move by its own moving momentum...
So it is another factor your muscle fibres are not working to its full potential....
Remember this kind of workout is recommended unless if you are on cutting phase to create cutting and striations....
High sets with high reps ... but medium weights followed with multipoundage method in descending mode...
