Cara Imi, ma quanto sei bella, simpatica, divertente, ma soprattutto bravissima nel campo del automassaggio ed esercizi fisici. Ho lavorato come massaggiatrice per 37 anni e sono esperta del corpo umano, ma non avrei mai immaginato di aiutare me stessa con i tuoi video semplici, facili e divertenti. Ho tensioni molto forti in ogni parte del corpo causati dal mio perenne stress emotivo, li sto togliendo con le mie mani. Noto miglioramenti in tutto, occhi, naso, bocca, seno e ho 76 anni. Sto veramente ringiovanendo di 20 anni. Non guardo più la tv, solo i tuoi esercizi che mi fanno sentire bene. Ci vedo addirittura meglio e capisco che se c'è tensione perdi anche udito e vista.
